Unique Program: Emergency – “No Heat” from November to March – income qualifications and guidelines.

Presenters:

Wadie Amoah: Mr. Amoah has been with the Maryland Department of Housing for 4 years. He is the underwriter for our BeSMART loan program as well as our Outreach specialist.

Maria Turner: Ms. Turner has been with the Maryland Department of Housing for 4 years. She is with our client management team as well as our Outreach specialist.
